During this session we will cover planning for a a multi-site configuration (also known as "multisite" and "single code base" installations) and automating the process with Installation profiles. A practical demonstration of creating different installation setups and automating the process.

• Sharing Database tables between your websites, eg: Same User base across all sites.
• Locking down site settings for each website
• Creating Installation profiles for rolling out new websites
• Defining defaults for new websites
• Multiple Site installs into a single database using table prefixing
• Server planning and performance optimization for enterprise class websites.

At the end of the session you will be able to plan out your multiple drupal website installations and structure your install to make it easy to maintain.
