We are now accepting presentation and training proposals for DrupalCamp Atlanta 2021. Every year we strive to select a top-flight and diverse group of experts to share unique insights, knowledge, real world experiences, and career advice with our audience.

Your contribution to the content and overall experience of DrupalCamp Atlanta is central in providing value to seasoned Drupal developers, business leaders, and aspiring early career stage professionals.

This year we are excited to introduce a fresh agenda that includes three new tracks to better align with growing needs in the digital workplace.

The three new tracks are:

Being Human / People Operations
Over the past year and a half, we have seen how important mental and physical wellbeing has been in order to maintain a productive culture. Our people operations professionals continue to ensure teams have what they need to be productive.

Future of Drupal
With the amount of innovative technologies that have recently emerged, where does Drupal fit? From headless static sites, 3rd party integrations and the internet of things, what does the future hold for Drupal?

Marketing
Once your website is up and running, it’s time to think about maintaining and growing. Through marketing, content, and customer service, businesses can determine what aspects of their site are most popular and what their audience is looking for. What tools do you use to market your business and website? How do you build the optimal content strategy? What do you do with all of the data you discover from analytics?

Please view the information below to learn more about the session tracks and session formats.

Presenter Skill Level

The most insightful, knowledgeable speakers are not always those with the most public speaking experience. We encourage presenters of all experience levels to submit proposals for both general interest and training sessions. In fact, it has been proven that one of the best ways to become a more effective speaker is to, well, speak! So, if there’s something you’d like to share, don’t think twice, just submit!

Presentation and Training Tracks

When submitting your session or training proposals you may select from one or more of the following tracks:

  • Being Human / People Operations (new track)
  • Business Leadership
  • Design, Theming, and Usability
  • Development and Performance
  • Education and Training
  • Future of Drupal (new track)
  • Marketing (new track)
  • Site Building

Presentation Format

Each session will be 30 minutes with 15 minutes for Q&A. This year, we'll be implementing single track sessions using Crowdcast. At the beginning of each sponsored session, sponsors will get a few minutes to introduce themselves. We'll have more information regarding Crowdcast and how to use it as the schedule begins to take shape.

Training Format

Training sessions will take place on the morning of the first day of DigitalCamp. Trainings provide organizations and individuals with hands-on experience for an extended period of time.
