Michael started building the web back when it was still blinking and Netscape was king. He has a long and storied history as a technology translator in non-profit, EDU, medical, sports, and finance arenas. He's taught technical minded folks to communicate with editors and researchers, and vice-versa. He might also speak in third person while presenting industry trends and legal needs to anyone wants to save heartache and frustration at the end of a project.
